Philothea Groups

Any member of the Philothea Family may further join in any of the following Groups to assist the Mission in very specific ways.

Saint Jane de Chantal Prayer Group

It is a group within the Philothea Family to support the growth of the mission, especially through intercessory prayers. The members of the group dedicates prayers daily for the Mission (Rosary and Holy Eucharist) and spends every Thursday some minutes in adoration praying for the intentions of the Mission. Membership to this group is open to any member of the Philothea family, who is inspired to pray. The group meets once in every two months

Saint Rita Ministry

“Now it happened that after this he made his way through towns and villages preaching and proclaiming the good news of the kingdom of God. With him went the Twelve, as well as certain women who had been cured of evil spirits and ailments: Mary surnamed the Magdalene, from whom seven demons had gone out, Joanna the wife of Herod's steward Chuza, Susanna, and many others who provided for them out of their own resources” (Lk 8:1-3).
Following the example of these holy women who served Jesus members of this group within the Philothea Family support vocations and mission of the philotheas.
It is a group within the Philothea Family to support vocations and mission of the philotheas. Membership to this group is open to women only. The group meets once in every two months.

Saint Joseph Group

It is a group within the Philothea Family to support the growth of the mission, especially its development through the intercession of Saint Joseph. Membership to this group is open to men only. The group meets once in every two months.
Drawn by Saint Joseph, the Patron Saint of the Universal Church, the members of the Saint Joseph Group (consisting of exclusively men) strive to grow as men of interior life and prayer, as good husbands and fathers. As a group within the Philothea Family the members support the growth of the mission, especially its development through the intercession of Saint Joseph. The group meets every month for prayers and once every two months for formation.
Prayer: “Saint Joseph, Master of interior life, teach me to pray, to suffer and to be silent.” “Saint Joseph, organise my day to day.”

“The harvest is rich but the labourers are few, so ask the Lord of the harvest to send labourers to do his harvesting” (Lk 10:2). If you wish to be part of the Mission by sharing in the work of the formation of the laity please write to us.
